Welcome to the beginning of a new life!

At 41 Recovery, we offer services designed to address various substance abuse needs. Our program combines therapeutic groups along with individual one-on-one counseling sessions using evidence-based treatment, as well as family sessions regularly to support the recovery and success of individuals. The program aims to provide individuals with motivation and purpose. While active in the program, participants have access to educational resources (i.e. trades, staffing agencies, and employers willing to hire ex-offenders). The program focuses on providing opportunities for personal improvement and assistance with making better life choices.

Our Services

Adult Outpatient Substance Use Treatment

Our IOP (Intensive Outpatient) and SOP (Supportive Outpatient) Substance treatment groups are offered in both English and Spanish throughout the week – weekend groups are offered on a limited basis as well. The average length of the program in most cases is 90 days, which is contingent on the individual’s progress (i.e. attendance, drug screen results, and participation) while attending the program. Completion of our program satisfies most adult probation and parole mandatory requirements as well as court mandated drug and alcohol offender stipulations. Our intake personnel communicate directly with the judicial services so that you are getting the classes and program(s) needed.

Financial Hardships

It is not uncommon to encounter financial problems when dealing with a DUI or drug case, therefore we understand and are here to assist you.  Upon arriving for your admission into to any of our programs you are asked to bring your last two pay stubs (if employed) along with any and/all monthly bills that you are currently paying (i.e. rent, car payment, cell phone, etc., etc.) , if unemployed you are required to bring a wage printout (transcript), this can be obtained by going to your local Workforce Solutions and requesting it. With these documents our financial specialists can assist you with the funding resources needed for your treatment and program.

41Recovery (41RE) is a non-profit religious based substance abuse treatment and sober / transitional living organization, founded on January 2, 2025, by Jesse DeLeon, M.Ed., M.S., LCDC. The founder is a lifetime educator and counselor who has managed several well-established treatment facilities in Houston and surrounding areas.  He is a devoted Christian and family man who is a member of the New Hope Church in Manvel Texas.  Jesse has several college degrees including double master degrees from Texas A&M-Commerce in Higher Education / College Teaching (2004) and Business Management (2006), a LCDC (Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor) and Substance Abuse Counseling degree from San Jacinto College where he is currently an adjunct college professor. 41 Recovery was founded for the purpose of providing SUD (substance use disorder) outpatient treatment, sober and transitional living, and substance abuse prevention services to that of the economically challenged population in the greater Houston area while spreading the gospel of Christ. Both Spanish and English outpatient services are offered in person at a fraction of the cost that clients would pay elsewhere – by utilizing a sliding scale (federal eligibility financial sliding scale chart).
